OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has released a sketch of a woman who remains unidentified more than 20 years after a deadly traffic accident.

The woman was a passenger in a tractor trailer rig that crashed in LeFlore County near Big Cedar on January 18, 1990. The State Medical Examiner ruled the crash an accident and determined the woman died of massive head and chest injuries.

The truck's driver didn't know the woman well, only that her first name was "Beth." He'd picked her up several days earlier in Cleveland, Ohio.

OSBI agents tried to use fingerprints to identify the woman, but so far they have not found a match in the system.

"Beth" was a black female, approximately 25 to 35 years old. She stood 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 87 pounds. "Beth" had short black hair, brown eyes, and scars on her forehead and upper left arm. She also had a C-section scar.

"Beth" was wearing a yellow-colored ring with a pink stone when she died.

Anyone with information about her identity should contact the Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office at (405) 239-7141.
