PURCELL, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has now reopened all lanes of Interstate 35 near Purcell following a semi-truck accident that shut down traffic for several hours.
The semi crashed and overturned around 12:30 Wednesday morning, damaging guardrails and a barrier near mile marker 92. Emergency crews shut down both northbound and southbound lanes while they uprighted the semi and repaired the guardrails and barrier.
The northbound lanes reopened shortly before 9 a.m. Wednesday, and the southbound lanes opened about 90 minutes later.
