OKLAHOMA CITY -- A woman was killed on a one-car crash early Friday morning in northeast Oklahoma City after driving into a construction zone.
Oklahoma City police say around 1 a.m., 26-year-old Ramona Byrd-Hudson of Del City drove through a section of the road closed for construction at Hefner Road and Kelley Avenue.
She lost control and crashed into a tree.
Byrd-Hudson was pronounced dead at the scene. She was the only person in the car.
Police aren't sure why Byrd-Hudson lost control and they are still investigating the crash.
