Chicken (4 breasts or 6 thighs)
11 oz Jar Apricot Preserves
1 tsp Onion flakes, dried, minced
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Red Chili flakes (optional)
1. Place chicken in the bottom of a crockpot.
2. In a bowl, mix the Apricot preserves, onion flakes, mustard, soy sauce, ginger and chili flakes.
3. Pour this mixture over the top of the chicken.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (high 4-6 hours).
HINT: You CAN use frozen chicken, however it will take longer to cook. Tastes great served over rice.
