Monster Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

1-6 ounce pre-made Oreo Pie Crust
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1-8 ounce package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
¾ cup powdered sugar plus 1 tablespoon
2 cups heavy whipping cream plus 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon vanilla or vanilla paste
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup chopped unsalted peanuts

Instructions:

In a small bowl, melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons whipping cream in a microwave. Pour inside Oreo crust and spread all over the sides and on the bottom. Set in fridge for 30 minutes to set.

Using a large bowl that has been chilled in the freezer for 15 minutes, whip the heavy whipping cream with vanilla paste and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar till stiff peaks form.

In a large bowl, use a hand mixer and blend together the cream cheese and peanut butter. Mix in the powdered sugar. Using a spatula, fold in the ¾ of the whipped cream. Spread peanut butter filling inside pie crust and top with whipping cream. Garnish with mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. Cover pie loosely with plastic wrap and place into the freezer. Allow to chill for 4-8 hours.

Before serving allow pie to sit on counter for 10 minutes and then cut with a warm knife. Serve immediately!
