How West Texas Was Won

Arrived in Lubbock tonight with the Sooners...Here's a couple of nuggets.

- Patrick O'Hara kicked a 65-yard field goal in practice this week and the team went crazy. Expect Patty O to get the first crack at kicking duties on Saturday.

- I think OU will try to take advantage of their size at receiver. I expect D'Juan Miller to have a big game.

- Look for more of Ryan Broyles at "wildcat" this week.

- I talked to Brent Venables tonight. He's always great to chat with. I'm confident the Sooners will have success against the Tech offense. If OU doesn't give them points off turnovers they should have a very good chance.
