The BCS Championship Game is tonight in Pasadena. And while I'm concerned that the vast majority of the pundits are picking the Tide (because the "vast majority" is seldom right), I'm still predicting an Alabama victory.
The Texas offense was unable to move the ball against Oklahoma and Nebraska. And Alabama is as good as the Sooners and Huskers defensively...maybe better. Give Nick Saban a month to scheme and I think the Horns will be lucky to get to double digits.
Bama's offense isn't a juggernaut, but they do have a significant size advantage at receiver and the Heisman Trophy winner toting the rock. To be honest, I don't even think it's going to be close tonight.
Prediction: Tide-31, Texas-7.
