Couple Finds Body In Logan County River

CRESCENT, Oklahoma -- The Medical Examiner's Office is working to identify a body recovered from the Cimarron River.

The Logan County Sheriff's Office said a couple discovered the woman's body about a mile north of Highway 74 around 6:30 p.m. Saturday night.

The Guthrie and Crescent fire departments worked together to recover the body.

The OSBI and Oklahoma Highway Patrol are assisting Logan County with its investigation.
