Enjoy Dog Days Of Summer Event In Edmond

EDMOND, Oklahoma -- A senior community in Edmond holds its annual fundraiser Saturday night. "Dog Days of Summer" is a free family and animal friendly event.

Everyone is invited to feast on homemade spaghetti and meatballs and watch "Lady and the Tramp" on the lake from 6 to 9 p.m.

There will also be a dog water park, a doggie wash and numerous pooch contests. Get your pet's photo taken and visit vendor booths for the latest in canine.

Donations will be accepted to benefit the animal rescue Paws for Life.

Copper Lake Estates Retirement Community is located at 1225 Lakeshore Drive in Edmond, near 15th and Kelly.
