Lifetime Sex Offender Expected In Kingfisher County Court

KINGFISHER, Oklahoma -- A man accused of running away with his 14-year-old niece is due in court Monday morning.

Matthew Mallory is a lifetime registered sex offender. He was captured near San Antonio in April. Kingfisher County deputies say Mallory was on the run with his 14-year-old niece for six days. Investigators say the two had a sexual relationship.

Mallory is charged with several crimes, including five counts of child abuse. His bond is set at $1.2 million dollars.
