Vigil Held For Murdered 5-Year-Old Girl In OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Family members and friends gathered for a vigil to remember 5-year-old Serenity Deal.

The vigil took place Monday night on the city's northeast side at a park across the street from where the little girl lived.

Family members and friends offered prayers and sang songs at the vigil. A make-shift memorial of flowers, teddy bears and candles decorated the park.

Serenity's family on her father's side organized the vigil. They say they are not only dealing with the death of Serenity, but the possibility that her father killed the little girl.
