Turkey Vegetable Sushi

½ of 8-oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 medium carrot, coarsely shredded
8 slices deli roasted turkey
 ½ cup coarsely shredded zucchini
2 tsp snipped fresh dillweed (or ½ tsp dried dillweed)
 ½ cup finely chopped red sweet pepper


  1. Carefully spread cream cheese onto each slice of turkey.
  2. Sprinkle with dillweed and top with vegetables.
  3. Tightly roll up each turkey slice. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  4. Cut rolls crosswise into 1-inch slices.
