Jason White Sues Bricktown Brawlers

White, a co-owner of OKC's indoor football team, is suing the organization for a breach of contract.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Former Oklahoma quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Jason White has filed a lawsuit against Bricktown Brawlers Inc. for a breach of agreement.

White, a co-owner of the Brawlers since Dec. 2010, filed the civil breach of agreement-contract lawsuit in the Oklahoma County Courthouse on Wednesday June 22.

According to court documents, White is seeking relief in excess of $10,000 from Bricktown Brawlers Inc.

The case has been assigned to Judge Lisa Davis and is listed as pending.

In the team's first year in OKC, the Brawlers finished the season at 2-12.

White currently owns the Jason White Companies better known as Store Divided, Store UnDivided, The Athlete's Foot and Corporate Apparel.
