1 large box of fat free, sugar free instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 angel food cake
1 small tub of free cool whip
1 large tub of frozen strawberries
1 package of frozen blueberries
Make pudding as directed on the box. Once it is finished setting up, mix in the cool whip and set aside.
Cut the angel food cake into 1-inch squares. In a trifle bowl, put a layer of cake, a layer of strawberries, a layer of blueberries and a layer of pudding mixture in the trifle bowl. Repeat until bowl is full. Enjoy!
