Arrest Made In Ada Bar Fight Death

ADA, Oklahoma -- An arrest has been made in the June death of a patron at a bar in Ada, the Pontotoc Sheriff's Department has reported.

Jeremiah Ray Pool was jailed on a complaint of first-degree manslaughter in the death of 38-year-old Gary Fox outside the Outlaws Bar on June 19, 2010.

Fox was found unconscious outside the bar about 1:30 in the morning.  He later died at the hospital.

The sheriff said there was some sort of altercation over Fox's brother-in-law.
