NEWCASTLE, Oklahoma -- Seventy-one-year old Abraham Soto has been missing since late May, and his family has hired a private detective agency to locate him.
"Our intent has been, number one, to follow up leads," said Kathy Gaynor of Lighthouse Investigations, "try to get some answers because it's been stone cold silent."
Soto was last seen May 27th when he was stopped by a Texas police officer near Wichita Falls for a traffic violation.
On June 23rd the car Soto was driving was found near the Canadian River in south Oklahoma City. It had been stripped and vandalized. Several family members searched the area but couldn't find Soto.
Oklahoma City police are treating Soto's disappearance as a missing person's case.
