OKLAHOMA CITY -- A water main break in Oklahoma City has forced the city to issue a watering ban in parts of the metro.
A 60-inch water pipe broke early Sunday morning and customers downtown and in the northeast and northwest Oklahoma City have been affected
The watering ban includes from May to Douglas, between Northwest 50th Street and the Oklahoma River. It also includes downtown and the state capitol complex.
This is just a temporary ban until the water line is fixed. The break is expected to be fixed by tomorrow afternoon.
