OKC Implements Watering Restrictions In The Metro

Mandatory watering restrictions will begin once again in Oklahoma City on Wednesday.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Mandatory watering restrictions will begin once again in Oklahoma City on Wednesday.

Those restrictions also include Blanchard, Canadian County District 3, Deer Creek Water District, Edmond, El Reno, Lake Aluma, Moore, Mustang, Norman, Piedmont, The Village, Warr Acres and Yukon.

Residents and businesses that have an addresses that end in an odd numbers are allowed to water their lawns on odd-numbered days. If your address ends in an even number, you can water on even-numbered days.

According to the city utilities department, you are allowed to water by hand on any day. People who use water from a well are exempt.
