Del City Woman Arrested For Drive By Shooting

DEL CITY, Oklahoma – Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office Warrant Team arrested a Del City woman for firing a handgun from a car.

Twenty-two-year-old Amber Lee Harp was arrested on July 19. She was wanted on a complaint of discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle related to an incident that happened on June 6.

Del City Police investigated the initial incident that happened in the 2500 block of Mansfield, when a woman was seen firing a handgun three times out of a vehicle.

Deputies were following up on information and eventually Harp surrendered to them in the 3300 block of S. Bryant in Del City.

Harp was taken into custody without incident. She is currently being held in the Oklahoma County Detention Center.
