Pork Tenderloin Sliders: Swineders
2 oz. Pork Tenderloin1 oz. Onion1 oz. Smoked Cheddar2 each Yeast Roll1 oz. BBQ Sauce
Thinly slice pork tenderloin and dredge in BBQ sauce. Fry thinly sliced onions using egg wash and lightly seasoned flour. Slice rolls and place pork and a generous mound of onions inside rolls. Melt the smoked cheddar with a small amount of heavy cream and smother the onions with the cheese sauce.
