Oklahoma National Guard Troops Return From Afghanistan

NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Here's something worth cheering: Sixty members of the Oklahoma National Guard are home from Afghanistan.

Family and friends welcomed the troops home Saturday afternoon at the Norman Armed Forces Reserve Center.

They have spent the last ten months teaching agricultural sciences such as irrigation, pest control and animal husbandry to farmers, ranchers and others in Afghanistan.
