OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police hope a clip from some surveillance video will lead them to a suspect in an armed robbery.

On Monday, September 12, a man with a knife walked into the Family Dollar Store at 2944 S.W. 59th Street. He threatened the store clerk and demanded money. The clerk complied and opened the cash register.

The man emptied all the money from the till into a plastic bag. He then ran out of the store, hopped into a red Pontiac and drove away. No one was hurt.

Police are asking the public to take a close look at surveillance video of the robbery. If you have any information about this crime, call Crime Stoppers at (405) 235-7300.
