Hearing Postponed For 13-Year-Old Accused Of Murder

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A judge has postponed the preliminary hearing for a 13-year-old boy accused of killing his baby sister.

Police say Crystian Rivera told them he got upset and shook his 9-month-old sister because she caused him to mess up the video game he was playing.

He's being held in the Oklahoma County Jail. The hearing is now set for November.
