A free Consumer Conservation Workshop will be hosted in Oklahoma City on October 19. City officials said the workshop is designed for professionals, parents, families and teachers who are interested in saving money by changing their behavior.

OKLAHOMA CITY – A free Consumer Conservation Workshop will be hosted in Oklahoma City on October 19.

This workshop will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Downtown Library, located at 300 Park Avenue.

City officials said the workshop is designed for professionals, parents, families and teachers who are interested in saving money by changing their behavior.

"People are often surprised to find out how much money they save after attending this workshop," said  Susan Roothaan, A Nurtured World Executive Director. "The great thing about what we teach is that it results in lasting change in behavior that improves quality of life, reduces stress, and helps the environment"
