MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma – An Oklahoma City man pleaded guilty Wednesday, October 19, to placing a video camera in the bathroom of a driver's license testing office in Muskogee.

Prosecutors say 57-year-old Roger Logan placed the camera behind a trash can and pointed it at the toilet in the restroom of the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety Office at 651 N. 43rd Street. A customer found it in June 2010.

Logan was charged with the use of electronic or video equipment to clandestinely procure/make/prepare material for a prurient or lascivious purpose. On the day his trial was to start in Muskogee County, he pleaded guilty.

A judge gave Logan, a former Department of Public Safety tech, a five-year suspended prison sentence.

Court records show Logan confessed to placing the camera in the Muskogee bathroom as well as four other locations around Oklahoma. He's not been charged in those incidents.
