OKLAHOMA CITY -- I'm so fed up with this garbage that our kids are going to hear all about sex anyway so we might as well put it all out before them.
New York City public schools, no surprise, have adopted that philosophy and their planned sex ed curriculum is disturbing to say the least.
See what you think.
The New York Post said it reviewed one of the workbooks and it included assignments like these:
-High schoolers going to stores and studying the condom section: brands, prices, features.
-Role playing on resisting sexual advances but also on negotiating condom use.
-Eleven to 12-year-olds learning about sex with condoms, mutual masturbation, oral sex, and much more.
-And students will be referred to some racy "educational" websites and other resources so they can learn about all sorts of sex practices and fetishes.
What are these people thinking?
If I'm a parent up there I'm marching on the school board, and voting some board members out.
If you want to insist the kids are going to learn it anyway, then why do you need to teach it, to make sure they're enjoying it?
Sounds like the way it's being handled all but puts the school's stamp of approval on being sexually active.
