Hearing Set For Nichols Hills Fire Chief's Wife Accused Of Murder

A judge has set a January preliminary hearing for the woman who is accused in the murder of Nichols Hills Fire Chief.

Becky Bryan is charged with First-Degree murder in the shooting death of her husband, Nichols Hills Fire Chief Keith Bryan, back in September.

At the hearing on January 25, 2012, a judge will decide if there is enough evidence to bound Becky Bryan over for trial.

Court documents show Bryan called her ex-lover just hours before the murder.
