Harrah Police Arrest Armed Man Walking Through Neighborhood

Police have arrested a man accused of firing off a shotgun while walking through a Harrah neighborhood Tuesday morning.

Neighbors called police around 10:30 a.m. to report a man was shooting in the 2000 block of Donnell. That's near N.E. 23rd Street and N. Triple X Road.

Police found the man and took him into custody. His name has not been released. No one was hurt.
