Most of you agreed with me. It was a huge over reach on the government's part.

Here's what you had to say Judi first: "..right on as usual! Govt really overstepping here. We should all worry."

But Shawn says: "..they are setting this child up to be fat his entire life.. ..he should have been removed earlier and the parents should be in jail for child abuse."

And David adds: "The child could not get that over weight unless they bought and gave him the food."

Linda from Clinton disagrees: "Taking an 8-year-old child away from his mom to make him lose weight, this is so sad. How scared and confused he must be."

Mike from Guthrie says: "He needs his mom now more than ever."

From Joann: "I agree with you Kelly when you say that the child lost weight because he is depressed from being away from his parents."

Tammy in Woodward: "The child is being singled out and put through cruel and unusual punishment that may scar him forever."

And Donna from Sayre: "I think they just need to work with the Mother and child on proper nutrition and exercise. They really overstepped in my opinion."
