Consumer Watch Update: Metro Mom To Retrieve Missing Belongings

Here is a Consumer Watch update to a story we did earlier in November. A woman moved her family to the metro from Texas but the moving company never delivered her stuff.

In fact, they went out of business and no one could even tell her where her items were.

That's when she called our Consumer Watch team. We've been trying to help, and found her items at a U-Haul storage facility in Houston.

And she just called us to say someone with the now defunct moving company is setting up a time to let her retrieve her house full of belongings. She says she hopes to get it all before Christmas.
