OKC Police Arrest Man Accused Of Raping Child

Oklahoma City police officers arrested a 33-year-old man Tuesday night accused of sexually assaulting a family member.

Police received a report in November from Carlos Borjas Gutierrez's niece. The 15 year old told investigators Gutierrez had been molesting her for years.

Police found Gutierrez on Tuesday, December 6, and arrested him on complaints of rape, lewd acts with a child, and being a fugitive from justice.
