Ada Pharmacy Tech Faces Murder Charges, Bond Set

A pharmacy technician accused of illegally selling prescription drugs to a man who later died, faces murder charges.

Zebakiah Nemeck went before a judge on Thursday. His bond was set at $150,000.

Nemeck was a tech at an Ada Walmart. Investigators said he sold prescription drugs to Kase Harris, who later overdosed and died.

If Nemeck posts bail, he'll be put under house arrest with an ankle bracelet. His next court appearance is in January.
