A man accused of making threatening phone calls to an Edmond Pastor ends up behind bars.

David Moxley was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a $21,000 bond. He reportedly bonded out Wednesday.

Prosecutors have charged Moxley with one count of calling in a bomb threat and one count of making a threatening or harassing phone call.

Police said Moxley threatened Pastor Paul Blair of Fairview Baptist Church after Blair spoke out against adding sexual orientation to Oklahoma City's anti-discrimination policy.
