1 chicken, cooked and chopped
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 bag Taco flavored chips (or Spicy Nacho)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chips in a bowl; mix well.
2. Crush chips in bag to small pieces.
3. Alternate layers of chicken mixture and chips in a large casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through center.
