Suspect In Garvin County Double Murder Due In Court Friday

A man accused of killing two people near Pauls Valley is expected to appear in a Garvin County courtroom Friday afternoon.

PAULS VALLEY, Oklahoma -- A man accused of killing two people near Pauls Valley is expected to appear in a Garvin County courtroom Friday afternoon.

Police arrested 19-year old David Bryan Kelly early Thursday morning. He is accused of killing Shawn Ott, 34,  and Karen Ott, 58, at their home.

A family member found the bodies of the mother and son Wednesday.  Karen's body was inside a trailer home, while her son's body was found in a side trailer.

They'd both been shot to death.

Police say Kelly has been in trouble with the law before.  He's expected to be charged with first-degree murder.
