An Oklahoma County judge has postponed a hearing for an Oklahoma City teenager who is accused of shaking his baby sister to death.

The judge was going to decide if 13-year-old Crystian Rivera will be tried as a juvenile or an adult in his baby sister's death during a hearing on Friday. However, the judge decided to postpone the hearing to January 20, 2012.

According to court papers, Rivera admitted to police he shook his 9-month-old sister after she interrupted him playing a video game. The little girl later died at a local hospital.
