Dallas Cowboys wide receiver and former Oklahoma State standout Dez Bryant was reportedly involved in a physical altercation Sunday night in Miami.
According to Black Sports Online, Bryant got into a physical altercation at Club Play in Miami. Their source reported he was possibly arrested.
Ben Rogers of ESPN Radio Dallas reports: "To be clear on Dez, no confirmation of arrest. Detained by Miami PD after being involved in physical altercation at club. Waiting on details."
A Miami-Dade Police inmate search brought up not results Monday afternoon, but WFAA News 8 In Dallas confirmed that Bryant was involved in a fight and detained by police.
While no arrest is confirmed at this point and details are still emerging as to what exactly happened, any type of involvement on Bryant's part doesn't help his persona.
Bryant has been linked to many off the field disturbances, drawing concern from the Dallas Cowboys.
In March Bryant was kicked out of an upscale Dallas shopping mall and given a criminal trespass warning from police, and in the past year there have been multiple reports of Bryant owing thousands of dollars on unpaid loans.
Bryant was selected in the first round as the 24th overall pick of the 2010 draft by Dallas. This season he recorded 63 catches for 928 yards and nine touchdowns.
News9 will update as more details become available.
