Troopers said Jeremiah Robert McHone of Guthrie, Oklahoma was driving a 2005 Chevrolet box truck, northbound on I-35 just north of Waterloo, when his back right tire blew out and caused him to slide. The truck then hit the cable barrier and flipped, throwing McHone 60 feet out of the truck.

McHone left behind his wife Menecca, and three children including 9-year-old Bryce, 7-year-old Ashlynn and 3-year-old Rowan.

"He loved babies. He had a contagious laugh, was a best friend and an amazing person. He loved his kids and was a devoted father and husband," said Amber Rathjen, McHone's friend.

If you would like to help McHone's family, donate to "The McHone Family Donation Account" at Tinker Federal Credit Union.

If you have any questions, contact Amber Rathjen at (405)-313-8502 or amr050507@yahoo.com.
