Autopsy Results Released In Missing OKC Teenager Found Dead

Five days after 17-year-old Alina Fitzpatrick went missing the medical examiner transported the decomposing body to the morgue. A man and his mother stumbled upon the teenager's naked body on their property near N.E. 50th and Anderson Road on November 10, 2011.

At the scene, police could not reveal much information. Investigators said they would wait for the medical examiner to determine how Alina died. After two months of working on the autopsy it turns out that question may never be answered.

The Medical Examiner says investigators are not able to determine the cause and manner of death. However, the autopsy report indicates there are suspicious circumstances surrounding her death. Now, an autopsy report shows the medical examiner found meth in Alina's blood but not enough to rule it an accidental death from an overdose. Instead, the autopsy shows Alina had blunt force head injuries, cuts on her eyelid and remnants of what could be a gag or something shoved in her mouth described as a "wet paper or cotton like material in the throat."

Oklahoma City Police say they are aware of the medical examiner's findings and welcome any tips or information in this case.
