A bill signed into law by Governor Mary Fallin last year is ruled unconstitutional by a district court judge. The law prohibits off label uses of abortion inducing drugs.

The law also requires doctors to follow strict guidelines authorized by the FDA. The authors of the bill met at the capitol on Tuesday to discuss the recent ruling.
"I believe as this case proceeds, the state will be given the opportunity to show that the facts that were relied upon by the judge were unreliable. And the facts that were presented by the state were simply ignored,"Representative Randy Grau said.
The judge says the law violates a woman's fundamental rights to privacy and bodily integrity.
