Police identify the teenager as 15-year-old Richard Morales. Police responded to a call from the 1100 block of N.W. 105th street around 10:30 p.m. Sunday. When they arrived, they found Morales dead in the street.

His sister tells News9 they used to live near the area where the shooting took place, but had moved a while back. And her brother was just visiting an old friend when it happened.

Now they've created a memorial for Richard Morales along the 1100 block of N.W. 105th street. It is the same spot where he was gunned down less than 18 hours ago.

Both friends and family members have been coming by to pay their respects and grieve their loss. And many are taking it very hard.

Police have so far made no arrests.

"Whoever did it they're wrong because he was still a baby," said Asia Johnson, his older sister. "He wasn't even 16 yet, he was still a baby."

Richard Morales would have been going into the 10th grade at Centennial High School. Police are looking for more than one person believed to be responsible for this shooting. They were last seen driving in a early 2000's model gray Ford Focus.

Anyone with information should contact the homicide tip line at (405)-297-1200.

Callers can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
