OKC Man Arrested For Threatening To Stab Apartment Manager, Punching Officer

Oklahoma City police arrested a man for threatening to stab his apartment manager on Saturday.

According to police, 24-year-old Tim Anyanwu was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

According to the police reports, on Saturday, officers responded to the incident at an apartment complex, located in the 1300 block of N.E. 12th Street. Police say when officers tried to arrest Anyanwu, he began punching them, injuring one officer in the eye.

Police say they had to use a taser to get Anyanwu under control. He was then arrested and taken to the Oklahoma County Jail.
