Man Found Dead In OKC Following Fight

Oklahoma City police and the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office are investigating the death of a man who died after fighting with his stepdaughter's boyfriend.

Police say the fight happened sometime late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning at an apartment on S. Woodward near S.W. 44th Street. Following the fight, police say the man's common- law wife found him dead inside the living room.

Police don't know how the man died. The medical examiner's office will have to determine if the man's death was caused by the fight or something else.

Police have not released the names of the deceased man or his stepdaughter's boyfriend, but investigators say they are questioning all people involved.

Several neighbors tell News 9 the victim and his common-law wife are often heard fighting.
