All lanes of eastbound Interstate 40 reopened early Tuesday morning following a fatal, two-car crash just east of McLoud.
The cars were involved in an accident just after midnight. One driver, a man, was killed. His name has not been released.
Two people in the other vehicle were taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol closed all eastbound lanes for about two hours while they investigated the crash and cleared away the wreckage.
It's not known yet what caused the crash.
