President Obama and GOP challenger Mitt Romney squared off Tuesday night for the second of three planned debates.

Some pundits say the President is "on the ropes," after the first debate. News 9 was at the University of Central Oklahoma, where debate students took in Tuesday night's debate.

Former Massachusetts Governor Romney clearly was the aggressor two weeks ago. UCO Debate students watched those proceedings.

Tuesday night, the stakes clearly were much higher.

More than two dozen UCO Debate students took in the Presidential debate from a classroom on the school's Edmond campus Tuesday night. When it was over, 20 students said President Obama won. None said GOP Challenger Mitt Romney won.

There was one student who was undecided on who won. However, Criminal Justice Major Ali Holmes said he just turned a five-page paper Tuesday, on who he thought is a better fit.

Holmes said he did extensive research, and is convinced Romney would make a better President.

"He has more experience to get the job market to where it needs to be than Obama does," he said.

CBS polled 500 uncommitted voters after the debate. Thirty seven percent said Obama won, 30 percent said Romney won, and 33 percent said it was a tie.
