Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Male Student At UCO

The Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office has charged a suspect accused of sexually assaulting a young man on the University of Central Oklahoma campus.

The 18-year-old freshman told police he was attacked September 23 in a room at Murdaugh Hall. The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Warrant Team arrested 34-year-old Elvis J. Perkins of Guthrie on Friday for the assault. The district attorney then charged Perkins with sexual battery.

Perkins is being held in the Oklahoma County jail on $5,000 bond.
