Arrest Made In One Of Oklahoma's Largest Crude Oil Thefts

A Yukon man is arrested in what the Canadian County Sheriff says is one of the largest thefts of crude oil in state history.

Mark Bass Jr. is accused of stealing hundreds of barrels from oilfield sites in Canadian County.

Devon Energy reported the theft in August.

Bass was caught after investigators followed him to an oilfield in Grady County where about 100 barrels of oil were taken from a tank battery.
