Ingredients:
1LB cavatelli pasta
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, roasted and thinly sliced
1 cup fresh broccoli rabe, chopped
1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup fresh cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic sliced
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup whipping cream
salt and pepper
Fresh basil
Directions:
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large sauté pan sauté garlic in olive oil. Watch to make sure it does not burn. Sauté broccoli rabe, broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes. Pour in sauce and whipping cream simmering till warm. Add in the warm pasta and chicken tossing to coat. Top with fresh basil and parmesan!
