Mama's Macaroni and Cheese
(1) 12 oz. pkg of elbow macaroni (cooked)
(2) cups of milk
(2) tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
(4) cups of shredded cheddar cheese
(4) tbsp butter
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Add milk and keep whisking until smooth and slightly thickened. Add 3 cups of cheese, pasta and salt and pepper. Scoop into a greased baking dish. Spread the remaining cup of cheese on top and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
