Jim Gardner's Tijuana Explosion Chili Beans
1 ½ Dry Pinto Beans
1 pound ground turkey
2 packages chili powder
2 Tbsp of pepper
1 Tbsp of Salt
2 Tbsp of Cayenne Pepper
1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 can of Rotel
Favorite Salsa to Taste
Boil the pinto beans for an hour and half until tender.
Brown the ground turkey then add the chili powder, pepper, salt, cayenne pepper.
Put the seasoned meat in the crock pot, add the diced tomatoes and rotel. Then add the pinto beans and salsa.
